Jabil is seeking an HR Shared Services Generalist to act as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, or portal. You will resolve issues, input accurate transactions, and communicate resolutions with professionalism.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities include handling time accruals, benefits, LOA, and system access while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required
• Zero to one year of HR experience is expected
• Knowledge of HR practices incl. employment law, compensation, hiring, and performance management across the Americas

Responsabilidades

• Resolve employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, or portal with professional communication
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, and procedures to support first-call resolution
• Process transactions accurately in HR systems and maintain records
• Collaborate with departments to stay updated on policies and programs
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of employee and company data
• Support HR Shared Services projects as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries
