Signify in Mexico is offering a Rewards Intern position in Huixquilucan to support the Total Rewards team with benefits administration and cost-optimization initiatives.

You will collaborate with regional and global colleagues, gain hands-on experience in compensation and analytics, and develop skills in data analysis, Excel, and BI tools.

This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in HR, business, or finance who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, global company.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you toas a Rewards Intern in Huixquilucan with Signify, the world leader in lighting. We are seeking a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico.

This role will Provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives. Partner closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance, and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs.

This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‑time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.
