Signify in Mexico City is offering an Order Management Intern position. You will collaborate with commercial operations in automation development and help ensure accurate, timely order processing.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and is fluent in English; you’ll gain experience in customer service, order tracking, and data reporting while contributing to a global lighting leader.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with commercial operations in automation development.
• Ensures timely response to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
• Processes customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and relevant stakeholders, resolves order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Reports monthly the order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
