PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to execute US payroll services using the Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process. You will support over 3,000 employees, validate time entries, and deliver accurate payments while seeking opportunities to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include handling time entries, validations, reporting, and ensuring SLA compliance with strong attention to detail and customer-focused service.

Formación

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes is desirable.
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused, adaptable with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Execute US portfolio services (Time Entries / Employee Validations / Reporting / Payment Accuracy) per SLAs.
  • Receive incidences and validate fulfilment of requirements.
  • Capture incidence information in payroll system.
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls and SLA timing.
  • Monitor ticket reception and release to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Provide good customer service and timely delivery within SLAs.
  • Escalate daily resolution issues appropriately and document deliverables for audits.

The Opportunity
Your Impact

The main purpose of this role is to execute US payroll services by leveraging the Standard Model of Employee Services Consolidation Process, while actively seeking opportunities for process optimization. Currently, these services support over 3,000 employees. Key activities in this role include:

Executing adjustments for time entries in the system.

  • Performing employee validations and delivering corresponding validation reports.
  • Supporting continuous process improvement efforts.

Analyzing compensation payment discrepancies and ensuring accurate payments in compliance with agreed SLAs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute US portfolio services (Time Entries / Employee Validations / Reporting / Payment Accuracy):
  • Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture incidence information in payroll system
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls.
  • Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
