Hiring Space, a metal-mechanical manufacturing company, seeks an HR Analyst with a payroll focus to ensure accurate payroll administration and compliance with legal requirements. You will maintain employee data and support payroll processes.

You should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of one year of payroll experience, plus advanced English. Join a team that handles IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN tasks with a proactive approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR or related field
• Minimum 1 year of payroll administration experience
• Advanced English
• Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes

Responsabilidades

• Support administrative processes within the payroll department
• Capture and control employee payroll incidents
• Manage IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes
• Review and follow up on payroll documentation
• Prepare administrative reports
• Provide support to employees on payroll-related matters
