UST is expanding its HR team in Mexico and LATAM. This payroll-focused role will ensure accurate processing and compliance for the Mexico region, including timely payroll runs and meticulous data handling.

You will maintain an inputs tracker, conduct payroll reviews, and prepare reports for Finance approval. You’ll address payroll inquiries from associates, manage FONACOT payments, and handle IMSS registrations for new hires.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in HR with payroll experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and English speaking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll processing for Mexico area.
• Inputs tracker management.
• Payroll reviews and reports for Finance approval (Headcounts).
• Follow up on rejected payments.
• Handle payroll queries from associates.
• FONACOT payments.
• IMSS registration for new hires (Social Security).
