Magnocampo is seeking a payroll manager to oversee accurate payroll calculations and ensure compliance with IMSS, ISR, and INFONAVIT laws. Based at corporate offices in Amatitán, Jalisco, you will manage payroll processing, costs, and related administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 5 years of payroll experience, with proficiency in IDSE, SUA, and preferably PROSESO.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT laws.
• Familiarity with IDSE, SUA and payroll software; PROSESO preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Objective:

• Analyze the information and ensure accurate payroll calculations, ensuring efficient compliance with tax, state, and social security obligations under current law, and guaranteeing the integrity and confidentiality of the information.

Critical Functions:

• Perform accurate calculations and ensure timely and proper compliance with current social security and tax obligations.


• Calculate changes in payroll costs to inform decisions regarding benefit increases.


• Ensure the proper processing and accurate payment of payroll.


• Carry out administrative processes efficiently.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (degree holder).


• 5 years of experience as a payroll manager.


• Extensive knowledge of IMSS, ISR, and INFONAVIT laws.


• Knowledge of IDSE, SUA, and payroll software (preferably PROSESO).


• Valid driver’s license.
