A global quality assurance company in Ciudad de México seeks an HR intern to aid in scheduling interviews and managing candidates. The ideal candidate is a final-year psychology student with strong communication skills, an organized mindset, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive environment, with a compensation of $8,000 - $10,000 MXN monthly.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in university as a final year student.
• Available for a 6-hour daily working schedule.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Look for Part Time and Full Time Inspectors using the QIMA Platform.
• Schedule and perform face-to-face interviews with candidates.
• Collaborate closely with managers and recruiters.
• Process HR documents and maintain archives.

Our Intern Will Be Responsible For

• Look for Part Time And Full Time Inspectors in America with our Qima Platform;
• Scheduling & performing face to face interviews with the candidates;
• Working in close cooperation with the managers and recruiters;
• Responsible for processing the HR documents archive;

Qualifications

• Is enrolled in University - final year Bachelor's degree (Psychology or related fields);
• Is available for a 6h/day working schedule;
• Has strong communication skills and is open to continuously learn new things;
• Is highly organized with critical attention to details;
• Is proactive & a team player;
• Knows English at a conversational level (both written and spoken);
• Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

Additional Information

• Monthly compensation: $8,000 - $10,000 MXN
