Schneider Electric’s HR internship in Mexico is on-site, with morning shifts. You’ll engage with operational staff, assist in follow-up on personnel cases, and contribute to headcount and KPI reporting. The role offers exposure to HRBP practices and mentorship.

Ideal candidates demonstrate communication, confidentiality, and teamwork, plus intermediate-advanced English. This hands-on program emphasizes growing skills in a dynamic plant environment.
