Iff is seeking a highly organized Remote Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico. You will manage payroll across locations, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

In a fully remote role, you will handle wage calculations, deductions, year-end tasks, and respond to inquiries while collaborating with management to improve payroll processes. Knowledge of Mexican labor laws is essential.

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees.
• Calculate and ensure timely submission of all federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Manage employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Process deductions, garnishments, and other adjustments to payroll.
• Reconcile payroll reports and address any discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to management.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2 preparation (or equivalent).
• Continuously improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
