The candidate will support HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR programs to promote a positive employee experience. The role requires a minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and advanced English communication and Excel skills.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in a temporary position based in Mexicali, Baja California.

Position Summary

Support and execute Human Resources processes to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations while promoting a positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will be involved in employee relations, talent acquisition, training, benefits administration, and HR programs that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Human Resources operations and employee relations activities.


• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring processes.


• Coordinate new-hire orientation and employee documentation.


• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.


• Provide support with employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and termination processes.


• Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and employee services.


• Coordinate training activities, employee engagement events, and recognition programs.


• Support compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.


• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and follow-up activities.


• Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and personnel records.


• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.


• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.


• Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.


• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.


• Knowledge of the TRESS system is a plus.


• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Full-time, 100% on-site role in Mexicali, Baja California.
