Perfil buscado

A successful GBS HR Services Manager should have:

• Proven experience in HR SSC, preferably in a regional or multi country environment.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, service delivery models, and labour regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., Service-Now, Success-Factors or similar).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
