Confie is seeking a Senior Bilingual Content Writer & Editor to grow brand awareness, organic visibility, engagement, and lead generation through compelling, SEO-optimized content in English and Spanish.

This role focuses on content creation with about a third on editing and localization, translating and adapting content while preserving brand voice, tone, and cultural relevance. You will craft content for websites, blogs, emails, and more, using AI-assisted tools responsibly.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish with exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills in both languages.
• +3 years of professional writing, editing, and content marketing.
• Ability to use AI efficiently while maintaining independent editorial judgment, accuracy, originality, and brand standards.
• Familiarity with AEO, generative search, and content optimization for AI/LLM discovery is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Research, write, edit, and optimize content from start to finish in both English and Spanish.
• Have a brand publisher mindset: create the content our audience is looking for and then optimize the path from top to bottom of the funnel (buyer journey).
• Translate, adapt, and localize content from English to Spanish and Spanish to English while maintaining the intended meaning, brand voice, tone, and cultural relevance.
• Use AI-Assisted writing, research, editing, and content optimization tools as an integral part of the content development workflow to improve efficiency, scale content production, and support quality.
• Determine messaging and content strategies across customer-facing marketing and advertising channels, including websites, emails, digital ads, and social media.
• Ability to write and edit long- and short-form content across marketing and advertising channels.
• Write and optimize content using SEO, AEO, and AI/LLM content best practices to improve visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences.
• Incorporate keyword research, search intent, content structure, internal linking, FAQs, entity and topic coverage, and other optimization recommendations naturally without sacrificing readability or brand voice.
• Deep understanding of how to conduct interviews, research projects, audits, and analysis to complete a writing assignment.
• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery and editing of materials.
• Develop content for multiple platforms, such as press releases, announcements, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
• Use SEO strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Work with internal and external SEO teams to develop long-form content that supports SEO goals.
• Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, grammar, style, and approach across all written materials in English and Spanish.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bilingual ContentWriter & Editor to help grow brand awareness, organic visibility,engagement, and lead generation through useful, compelling, andsearch-optimized content. This role will create content across websites, blogs,infographics, emails, video scripts, digital and print collateral, and othermarketing channels.

The role primarily focuses on content creation, withapproximately one-third dedicated to editing and reviewing content in bothEnglish and Spanish. This individual will write, edit, translate, and localizecontent in both languages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, cultural relevance,and alignment with our brand voice.

We are looking for a strong storyteller and editor whounderstands how to create content for people while optimizing it fortraditional search, AI-powered search experiences, and large language models(LLMs). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing and editingcontent that drives engagement and supports business goals.

This position requires a high level of creativity andeditorial judgment, along with the ability to apply SEO best practices and usedata-driven insights and AI-assisted writing, research, editing, andoptimization tools to develop high-quality content efficiently.
