MotoRad Ltd. is hiring an on-site Human Resources Coordinator in Apodaca, Nuevo León to support payroll-related processes, labor relations, and staffing for both hourly and salaried staff.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate HR processing, onboarding, and employee service in a manufacturing environment. The HR Coordinator will maintain HR documentation, assist with recruitment, and provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and Mexican labor regulations while supporting continuous HR

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with pre-payroll processes and payroll-related incidences.
• Experience working with labor unions and employee relations.
• Experience recruiting both administrative and hourly/operational employees.
• Previous manufacturing or plant environment experience preferred.
• HRIS/ERP system experience; Workday preferred, or similar platform.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and follow up on the pre-payroll process, including attendance, absences, overtime, vacations, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Maintain a positive and effective relationship with the labor union, supporting labor relations activities and addressing employee and union matters.
• Coordinate administrative and hourly recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing through hiring and onboarding.
• Manage employee documentation and support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR processes.
• Support the administration of vacations, leave, employee movements, attendance, and other HR transactions.
• Participate in employee engagement, retention, communication, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Mexican labor legislation.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and other management information as required.
• Partner with managers and other departments to address staffing and employee-related needs.
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
