EDAG-Engineering-GmbH in Mexico is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive recruitment, EHS compliance, and regulatory alignment across the plant. You will manage job postings, interview coordination, and platform maintenance while ensuring safety regulations are followed and customer EHS requirements are met.

Responsibilities include safety training, PPE management, and executing EHS processes to maintain a compliant work environment in a globally connected automotive setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR processes for the Automotive Industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and legislation.
• Knowledge of IMSS Law and Social Security requirements related to HR and EHS.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Specialization in 8D Tool Management and 5S.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the recruitment and selection process.
• Post open positions on company platforms and communication channels.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment platforms.
• Ensure the hiring process.
• Ensure safety compliance and local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Supervise distribution, inventory, and correct use of PPE.
• Organize and lead training sessions focused on safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements in EHS matters.
• Execute EHS processes.
