Atlas Copco in Mexico is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational HR excellence and employee support for ITBA Mexico, Desoutter, and Machine Vision Solutions centers. You will oversee onboarding, talent development, and employee relations across two dynamic units, while traveling between offices in Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla.

The role requires 5+ years in HR operations, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in a matrix organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Hire to retire operations for two dynamic organizations within ITBA Mexico.
• Recruitment & talent acquisition.
• Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent.
• Diverse, future-oriented talent pipeline (especially fieldsales & fieldservice).
• Trainee program management & university collaboration.
• Onboarding & HR documentation.
• Learning & training coordination.
• Employee relations.
• Alignment of best practices with other HRBPs.
