Atlas Copco Group in Mexico seeks an HR Business Partner to drive operational HR excellence for the ITBA Mexico centers (Desoutter, Industrial Assembly & Machine Vision Solutions) with a total headcount of 60. You will lead talent management, employee experience, and compliance across two dynamic organizations while collaborating with HR colleagues to generate synergies.
The role requires 5+ years in HR operations, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Bring your curiosity to work as our next HR Business Partner. You will be part of our HR team reporting to the HR Manager ITBA Mexico. In this role, your mission is to drive business success by delivering operational HR excellence and employee support for the Desoutter, Industrial Assembly & Machine Vision Solutions Customer Centers in Mexico (total HC of 60 people), ensuring compliance, people development, talent management and an outstanding employee experience, while supporting transformational leadership initiativies (e.g. leading & thriving in change, psychological safety) in the Industrial Technique Business Area in Mexico. Together with your HR colleagues, you will generate synergies and drive impactful people initiatives across the ITBA organizations in Mexico.

Your experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical service, or engineering environment.
Experience in a matrix organization.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices in Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla. You are expected to travel frequently between both office locations, andalso nationally for importantemployee lifecycle related events.
