Qualifications

• Strong experience defining and delivering modern data platforms on AWS.
• Hands-on leadership of data engineering teams in financial services.
• Proven track record with data lake/house architectures and AI-ready platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team.
• Define vision for an AWS-based data platform enabling self-service.
• Drive data ingestion, transformation, and distribution architectures.
• Champion adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI in data workflows.
• Ensure reliability with robust quality controls and incident prevention.
