Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Advisor to support HR processes and day-to-day operations, collaborating with HRBPs, Tier 2, and COEs to deliver HR services. The role includes onboarding, offboarding, and processing transactions in HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
Ideal candidates will handle inquiries, maintain data accuracy, contribute to knowledge articles, and support payroll integrations with ADP/Meta4/Workday while ensuring service level adherence.
