Hyatt Place Cancun Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas, ensuring Hyatt cleanliness and service standards are met. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, at least 3 years in a supervisory role, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field.
• Mexican citizenship required due to legal permit restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality.
• Experience supervising operational teams in guest room, laundry or public areas.
• Strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support operational colleagues in housekeeping, laundry, and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Coordinate laundry operations and schedule daily tasks for housekeeping staff.
• Monitor supplies, inventories and equipment; address shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
