Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Security Manager to plan, supervise, and continuously improve security, protection, and emergency response operations across the hotel. You will safeguard guests, employees, visitors, and assets while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

You will coordinate incident management, conduct risk assessments, and lead the Security Department to uphold service excellence and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Security Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in personnel management.
• Strong background in law enforcement, security operations, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and review security policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate immediate response to incidents, accidents, fires, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Organize and lead the Security Department, ensuring compliance with objectives and standards.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, and life safety equipment maintenance.
• Monitor incident reports and coordinate with executive management on significant events.
