Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Mexico City seeks a Property Leader to drive all hotel operations, guest and employee satisfaction, HR, financial performance, and ROI. Located at Paseo de la Reforma 325, the role oversees strategy execution and market growth while engaging with the local community and owners.

The position requires strong leadership, sales and marketing focus, and the ability to manage complex operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Formación

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, HR, financial performance, sales and revenue generation.
• Verifies implementation of service strategy and initiatives to meet guest expectations, increase profit and market share.
• Holds the leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guides professional development.
• Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication and delivering solid business results.

Educación
