Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a High Voltage Substations Civil Engineering Trainee in Mexico (Queretaro) to support civil and structural design activities for substations.

You will review specs, assist with foundations, roads, soil mechanics, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to standardize Civil Engineering practices across EPC AIS Substation Projects.

Qualifications

• Academic Civil or Structural engineering bachelor's degree.
• Professional experience: participation in extracurricular activities or practical experience in product or project engineering, manufacturing, design, commissioning, etc.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and design foundations for main substation equipment.
• Perform civil and structural design, roads, soil mechanics studies review.
• Contribute to EPC AIS Substation Projects - Civil Eng standardization.
