Eaton Corporation is seeking a Front Line Leader-Assembly in Mexico to oversee the assembly area, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and coordinate with functional groups to meet customer needs. You will lead a high-performance team, implement training, and manage daily operations ensuring adherence to Eaton's processes and standards.

The role requires 3 years of supervision experience in assembly and strong knowledge of ELSS, PDCA, and ERP systems, with basic English.

Formación

• 3 years supervising assembly operations
• 3 years supervising a work team
• Experience with ELSS, 8D, PDCA and related problem-solving tools

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and send the daily production report.
• Coordinate resources to resolve safety, quality, and manufacturing issues to improve processes.
• Provide and implement training to improve staff performance.
• Coordinate and manage employees: attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and leaves.
• Lead continuous improvement programs using Eaton Lean Six Sigma and related tools (ELSS, OPA, 5S+).
• Coordinate with HR on staffing decisions according to policies.
• Maintain a safe and ergonomic work environment and manage risks.
• Motivate and train employees to sustain high satisfaction, productivity and quality.
