CHRISTUS Excellence and Innovation Center in Monterrey seeks a Service Line coordinator responsible for following up contract negotiations and developing the Medical clinical utilization program and service line, while supporting the implementation of Medical projects.

This role requires 3-5 years in healthcare service line and contract management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and technical English; you will manage invoices, vendor reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with executives

Formación

• 3-5 years related experience in healthcare service line.
• 3-5 years related experience in contract management and communication of contractual initiatives to customer and customer service, preferably in healthcare supply chain management (Clinics and Hospitals).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Technical English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up Strategic Contracts to build Medical, Surgical & Cardiology/Radiology Service Line Contract Portfolio.
• Manage, track and report status of service line projects.
• Generate invoices for the administrative fee and ensure presentation in official channels.
• Assist in the implementation of contracts and represent the team in meetings when needed.
• Lead vendor reviews and coordinate with the implementation team to address customer concerns.
