Insulet Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist with coverage options and reimbursement processing. The role requires experience in contact center settings and familiarity with durable medical equipment and pharmacy coverage.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years of call center or healthcare-related customer service experience required.
• Pharmacy technician license/experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical device reimbursement from manufacturer/DME is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Process order workflow by verifying insurance benefits and eligibility and calculating cost share.
• Collect updated documentation, prior authorizations, and coordinate shipment of products.
• Explain product operation to customers and maintain product knowledge.
• Understand payer guidelines and Insulet processing requirements for covered products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide empathetic customer support.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proactive support and HIPAA compliance.
• Document interactions in the customer database and track call and order metrics.
• Provide feedback to improve processes.
• Assist with pharmacy/orders and PBM communications as needed.
