Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Product Specialist to deliver phone-based clinical support to patients using Omnipod products. You will educate users, resolve clinical inquiries, interpret diabetes data, and support therapy adoption to enhance patient outcomes.

In this Level I, Bilingual role, you will onboard and troubleshoot with empathy, document interactions, and maintain HIPAA compliance while promoting insulin pump therapy to diverse patients with Type 1 and Type 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical field required or preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming clinical questions via phone with empathy.
• Support patients post-onboarding to ensure first-call resolution and retention.
• Maintain clinical knowledge through trainings and provide accurate guidance.
• Explain insulin pump operation and diabetes data to patients.
• Document interactions in CRM and meet service levels and KPIs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and perform administrative duties as needed.
