Insulet Corporation seeks a Clinical Product Specialist Level I, Bilingual to provide clinically focused customer education and support via phone for the Omnipod portfolio, helping patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes across onboarding, troubleshooting and retention.

The role requires a clinical degree, 2–3 years in a clinical setting, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Office-based, with travel up to 5–10% as needed.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in a clinical field of study.
• 2-3 years' experience in a clinical setting with patients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of audiences.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming/outbound clinically related questions by phone with empathy.
• Support onboarding and training to ensure first-call resolution and retention.
• Maintain clinical knowledge through provided trainings and learnings.
• Explain operation of insulin pump therapy and data reports to customers.
• Review and educate on diabetes data management within data platforms/Omnipod.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM and meet KPIs.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and perform administrative duties as needed.
