LEONI Wiring Systems de Durango S.A. de C.V. is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead cross-functional automotive projects from kickoff to delivery. You will plan timelines, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and drive on-time performance while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, strong English communication, and proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams. Weekly payroll and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards from kickoff to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, quality and costs; implement corrective actions.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders and steering committee; escalate issues.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

Job Description

• Leads cross-functional projects following LEONI Project Management standards, ensuring successful execution from kick-off to completion.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitates project meetings, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitors project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.
• Drives collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous project performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
