Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a dynamic SDR Manager to lead and scale a Guadalajara-based team. You will own the hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes, while driving AI-assisted automation and an agent layer roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and leadership.

You will oversee multi-channel outreach, ensure rigorous pipeline metrics, and codify top performers into a standard for the team, staying hands-on when needed and building a scalable playbook for future hires.

Formación

• 5+ years in a B2B SDR or inside sales role (minimum)
• At least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity
• Proven track record of meeting personal pipeline or quota targets
• Fluent English with ability to communicate with US-based teams
• Strong knowledge of modern sales tech stack (CRM, sequencing tools, data providers)
• Based in Guadalajara or willing to relocate, 3 days in office

Responsabilidades

• Lead and Develop the Team with a goal to scale to 10+ SDRs in 12–18 months
• Own end-to-end hiring process in partnership with recruiting, HR, and VP of Sales
• Run onboarding program and checkride assessments for new reps
• Deliver weekly 1:1s grounded in pipeline math and call quality
• Identify top performers and codify their practices for the entire team
• Manage underperformers directly and with respect
• Own the SDR agent layer roadmap with engineering and CEO
• Build and maintain the playbook in Confluence for future hires
• Produce weekly pipeline reports and monthly ELT metrics
• Maintain a strong cadence of pipeline and accountability
