Job summary

ZF Services, S.A. de C.V. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Head of Regional Portfolio Management to drive deployment of the regional products and services portfolio, governance, and strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across portfolio domains to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth. The role requires 10+ years in leadership, experience in portfolio/program management, and strong stakeholder management to align regional priorities with global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field./ Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Min. 10 years experience in functional and business leadership roles / experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, Strategy Execution, or Business Transformation.
• Direct experience within the North American Automotive Aftermarket in product management / development and/or engineering functions

Responsibilities

• Ensures deployment and compliance of Portfolio domain governance & functional excellence (tools, processes, templates,…) in the region for all sub-domains : Portfolio Strategy, Product Engineering, Product Data
• Management, Market Intelligence, Product Compliance, Packaging & Labelling, REMAN strategy and development, Product & Service Creation Excellence, Customer Product Training Excellence
• Ensures definition, execution and consistency of regional product roadmap across regional business lines
• Representing and translating the regional strategic priorities within the global Portfolio domain and functions
• Drives consolidation of regional requirements and resources assignment towards the domain during strategic planning.
• Tracking, reporting and triggering executions of KPIs and OKRs of the domain for the region
• Generate and steer synergies across the regional Business Lines and maximize the operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the capabilities of the center of competences in the region.

Your Profile as Head of Regional Portfolio Management:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field./ Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Min. 10 years experience in functional and business leadership roles / experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO, Strategy Execution, or Business Transformation.
• Direct experience within the North American Automotive Aftermarket in product management / development and/or engineering functions
• Knowledge of ZF product & services portfolio, footprint, structures and processes
• Proven ability to work in matrix organization in international and multi-cultural environment
• Key competencies: Product and portfolio strategy and business development, process management, project management, customer focus, perseverance, problem solving, conflict management
• Proven experience managing high volume portfolios. / Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholder management.
• Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis & Budget Management, Demand Management, Resource Planning, Risk & Issue Management, Business Case Evaluation, Benefits Realization Management, Governance Frameworks, Data Analytics & Reporting.
