• Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design, build, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows). (This is a key requirement for the role.)
• Support the rollout and implementation of various business systems, including system configuration, user setup, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and scalable solutions.
• Assist in system implementation initiatives, ensuring proper documentation, validation, and end‑user readiness.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for applications and implemented systems.
• Document technical solutions, create user guides, and provide ongoing user support and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support business decision‑making and performance tracking.
