LEONI is seeking a senior leader to oversee the national Value Chain Management function in Mexico, aligning with KPIs and business objectives. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies and drive improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate standards (IATF, ISO 14001), managing budgets and resources, and monitoring performance to implement corrective actions. You will promote best practices across sites and lead organizational development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and organizational units.
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
