A top manufacturing company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in production, warehouse, and logistics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proficiency in advanced English. Responsibilities include compliance with quality standards, managing KPIs, and leading process improvement initiatives. This position reports directly to upper management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations within manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across production, warehouse, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Manage KPIs, productivity, and cost control.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.
• Supervise and develop operational staff.
