Ipsen Mexico cherche un Head of Finance, Mexico, pour diriger l’organisation financière et orienter son évolution. Ce rôle exige un leadership stratégique et une capacité à combiner partenariats commerciaux, gouvernance et transformation.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative en leadership financier.
• Forte expérience en transformation financière et/ou évolution des systèmes.
• Expérience avec les normes mexicaines (GAAP) et les IFRS.
• Capacité à traduire la complexité en décisions claires.
• Leadership démontré d'équipes pluridisciplinaires dans des environnements complexes.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du changement.
• Une qualification professionnelle en finance reconnue.
• Maîtrise du espagnol et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Responsibilities

• Agir en partenaire financier stratégique auprès de la haute direction, transformer les données en insights commerciaux.
• Diriger le budget, les prévisions et la planification financière à long terme.
• Assurer une gouvernance financière solide, la conformité et les contrôles internes.
• Conduire l'évolution de la fonction Finance par la digitalisation et l'analytique avancée.
• Simplifier et renforcer les processus financiers clés.
• Utiliser le BI et les reportings en temps réel pour mieux piloter les décisions.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes et bâtir des relations solides.
• Diriger, développer et inspirer une équipe Finance performante.

Working closely with senior business leaders, you will translate business ambition into sound financial strategy, actionable insights and disciplined execution. ## What you’ll do* Act as a strategic financial partner to senior leadership, turning financial data into clear commercial insights and decisions.* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.* Ensure strong financial governance, statutory compliance, accounting, tax and internal controls.* Drive the evolution of Finance through **digitalisation, automation and advanced analytics**.* Simplify and strengthen core financial processes.* Use data, business intelligence and real-time reporting to improve decision-making.* Partner across the business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing, forward-looking Finance team.## ## What you’ll bringYou are a **hands-on finance leader and trusted business partner**, equally comfortable challenging strategically and delivering operationally.
