Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Veracruz is seeking a Senior Client Selection Secretariat Manager to lead a 12-person team and oversee the end-to-end CSEM process. The role coordinates with RM, Compliance and Product/System Owners to ensure a complete customer view and robust governance.

Responsibilities include maintaining WPB secretariat functions, documenting minutes, and ensuring high-quality information for exit decisions while aligning with global standards and local governance

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in risk or controls functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial crime risk and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WPB CSEM secretariat and minutes for the in-country committee.
• Coordinate in-country CS analysts to build a complete customer view.
• Ensure thorough gathering of required information for Build the Case stage.
• Lead governance discussions, risk escalation and remediation monitoring.
• Collaborate with RM, Compliance, Product/System Owners to align with CSEM process.
