Mill is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to ensure hardware products meet the highest quality standards from prototype to mass production. You will partner with operations and engineering to drive quality metrics and coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain partners to achieve targets.

This hands-on role leads QC plans, DFMEA/DFM reviews, and on-site collaboration with contract manufacturers. Expect travel around 50% during peak NPI and mass production phases.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Quality, Supplier Quality, NPI quality, or Manufacturing Quality Engineering roles.
• Knowledge of quality, reliability, supplier management, SPC/Cpk/Ppk, and auditing techniques; experience with Minitab or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience across NPI build phases: proto, EVT, DVT, PVT to mass production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the quality workstream for hardware NPI from prototype builds through PVT and mass production readiness.
• Lead the development of Quality Control Plan (QCP), inspection criteria, and acceptance standards for each development phase.
• Establish quality processes across the manufacturing supply chain including first article inspections, in-process and final quality control.
