Job summary

Maersk is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a large-scale 3PL warehouse operation. You will drive day-to-day execution, safety, service quality, and cost optimization while developing Supervisors and frontline teams.

Role requires 3+ years in warehouse/3PL leadership, experience with customer accounts in apparel/fashion, and strong KPI/SLA management with a focus on continuous improvement. English proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations in a 3PL.
• Experience leading Supervisors and frontline teams in fast-paced warehousing.
• Experience managing customer accounts in apparel, fashion, or footwear environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a 3PL customer account, ensuring safety, service, quality, productivity and cost goals.
• Lead Supervisors and operational teams on the warehouse floor with daily plan execution.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
• Manage inbound/outbound, inventory, labor, and capacity per daily requirements and volume shifts.
• Collaborate with the customer to align priorities and resolve service issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
• Support workforce planning and allocate resources to volumes and priorities.
• Translate performance data into actionable improvement plans.
