Job summary

A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a Site Manager for our Cuautitlán warehouse to oversee end-to-end site operations within a 3PL environment. You will lead safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives while coaching a multi-layered team of supervisors and leads.

The role requires experience scaling operations, strong analytical skills, and a background in apparel, footwear or e-commerce. English proficiency is essential; join a diverse team focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations in a 3PL
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex operations and start-ups
• Strong leadership to guide multi-layered teams
• Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments
• Strong analytical skills for fast-paced settings
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site performance across safety, service, quality, productivity and cost
• Develop and coach Operations Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Drive operational excellence via KPI management and continuous improvement
• Ensure successful start-up, stabilization and scaling of complex customer operations
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as main operational escalation point
• Manage workforce planning, productivity and costs
