You will oversee safety, service, quality, productivity and cost while coaching Supervisors and frontline teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse or 3PL operations, strong analytical skills and experience with customer accounts in apparel or fashion, plus intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution centre management within a 3PL environment.
• Experience leading Supervisors and large frontline teams in fast-paced warehousing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a 3PL client, ensuring safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and frontline teams; maintain presence on the warehouse floor and ensure daily plans are executed.
