The LEGO Group is launching a brown-field site in Monterrey and seeks a Project Manager to lead construction delivery. You will work with the world-class Construction Team and owners, coordinating schedules, quality, and handovers to operations.

This on-site role requires strong MEPF and project experience and a collaborative mindset within an international setting. You’ll ensure milestones, safety, and compliance across a dynamic program.

Formación

• Experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer on Construction projects.
• Experience from working in international/multinational companies preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects within building industry.

Responsabilidades

• Reports directly to the Head of Global Workplace Projects LEGO Operaciones de Mexico (GWP LOM) and Program Lead for LOM.
• Work closely with the Construction Team, Sr. Controls Manager, and Stream Owners for LOM Construction of this new brown field in Mexico.
• Proactively review project schedules, punch lists, MEPF commissioning and quality reports with stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects with stream owners, construction, program teams and external stakeholders.
• Be on site full time to ensure on-time progress, no EHS issues, and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with General Contractor to meet milestones for access, install and startup.
• Coordinate with owner commissioning and engineering to ensure proper startup and timing.
• Lead handover of spaces to LEGO Equipment Install and Operations teams.
• Ensure final BIM As-Built drawings and models are handed over to Operations.
• Manage Dalux as the main Document and Model Control platform.
