Zusammenfassung

Landing is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to assist guests by phone, chat, and email from booking to move-out. You will coordinate move-ins/move-outs, escalate issues to Field Operations, and keep guests informed until resolved.

You’ll work in English daily with teams across the US from our Polanco office in Mexico City. This role is on-site, with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience, offering growth opportunities within Landing.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (B2 to C1) required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication.
• Strong follow-through and ability to track open issues.
• Good organization and multi-tool proficiency.
• Comfortable using Mac, Google Drive and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Answer guest calls, chats, and emails quickly and clearly.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs at Landing homes.
• Flag home issues to Field Operations and keep guests updated.
• Create and assign tickets for proper follow-up.
• Maintain clear notes so teammates can take over.
• Help guests maximize their stay with knowledge of our homes.
