Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with their arrival and needs.
• Drive guests to the property and locations around the area as requested.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about local attractions and services.
• Monitor flight arrivals and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled for daily operations.
• Maintain clean vehicle interiors and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Support Front Office operations as needed and follow Rosewood Mayakoba standards.
