Etéreo, Auberge Collection in Riviera Maya seeks a Personal Guia to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and guide them to on- and off-property experiences. The role emphasizes warm service, accurate front desk duties, and proactive guest engagement.

The Personal Guia will maintain guest profiles, coordinate reservations, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out while collaborating across departments to uphold Auberge standards and elevate the guest experience.

Formación

• A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully with guests and teammates.
• Two years’ experience at a hotel, preferably luxury.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, per department needs.
• Clear English communication with guests, employees, owners, and management (oral & written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining guest focus and service quality.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to input and access data in computer systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and follow up on tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest experience meets Auberge/Forbes quality standards from check-in to check-out.
• Prepare documents, welcome cards, itineraries, and reservations; personalize guest experience.
• Record guest preferences on profiles and Show Me You Know Me files.
• Follow up on guest services and post-experience satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth service delivery (privacy, room servicing, food & beverage).
• Escort guests to rooms, restaurants, spa, and other facilities as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and recover service impact.
• Maintain accurate billing arrangements per Front Desk policies; communicate updates.
