Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager at Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort, in Baja California Sur, to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold ultra-luxury service standards.

You will drive guest experiences, manage reservations, oversee inventory, payroll, and financial reporting, and collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and other resort departments to elevate dining excellence.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the daily operation of restaurant outlets, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with Rosewood standards, LQA, Forbes Travel Guide requirements, and health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor outlet readiness, ensuring inventory levels and equipment are maintained.
  • Manage restaurant occupancy and revenue opportunities through reservations management.
  • Lead and develop teams through scheduling, payroll oversight, vacation planning, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Culinary to drive menu enhancements and exceptional dining experiences.

THE TEAM

You will join a passionate Food & Beverage team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and ultra-luxury service. With a strong focus on creating extraordinary experiences for our guests and associates, the team is driven by attention to detail, intuitive service, collaboration, and resilience.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage, or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead a diverse team of Assistant Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Valet Parking associates, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous development across multiple dining venues.

YOUR ROLE

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlets, ensuring every guest experience reflects Rosewood Hotel Group's standards of excellence. You will play a key role in driving operational performance, service quality, financial results, and team engagement while collaborating closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and other resort departments.

Your leadership will help create memorable guest experiences, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the resort's Food & Beverage operations.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Lead the daily operation of restaurant outlets, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and achievement of business objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with Rosewood standards, LQA, Forbes Travel Guide requirements, and health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor outlet readiness, ensuring appropriate inventory levels, operational supplies, and equipment are maintained at all times.
  • Manage restaurant occupancy and revenue opportunities through effective oversight of online booking platforms and reservations.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop teams through scheduling, payroll oversight, vacation planning, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner closely with the Culinary team to drive menu enhancements, innovation, and exceptional dining experiences.

  • You have a strong background leading Food & Beverage operations within luxury or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or destination dining environments.
  • You are an inspiring people leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • You confidently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • You possess strong organizational, financial, and administrative skills, including exposure to scheduling, payroll, and operational reporting.
  • You are fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including LQA, Forbes Travel Guide, and recognized hygiene and quality programs.
