Capgemini Engineering is seeking a GSQA Support Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in application support, automation scripting, service management, and supplier quality systems. You will support the Global Supplier Quality Assurance platform and related applications, ensuring stability, user support, automation, and continuous improvements.

Formación
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of experience in application support, quality systems support, or business application support.
- Strong experience in automation scripting and ITSM processes.
- Experience with Power BI dashboards, data analysis, reporting and KPI management.
- Familiarity with SQL and data troubleshooting.
Responsabilidades
- Manage incidents and service requests for GSQA platforms, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop automation and KPI reporting for supplier quality systems.
- Collaborate with business users, suppliers, quality teams and IT stakeholders to implement improvements.
