Freudenberg Group operates Vibracoustic de México S.A. de C.V. in Querétaro, seeking an Operative Personnel to perform functions across molding, calibration, assembly, painting, inspection, or other duties as assigned by team leaders.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, adherence to SOPs, and accurate reporting of production metrics. Training will cover setup, TPM, and 5S practices targetting efficiency and defect reduction.

Formación

• Completed Primary/Secondary; competence demonstrated in interview with HR or line manager.

Responsabilidades

• Attend start-up meeting daily at the beginning of the shift.
• Fill the setup checklist with attention to safety and quality.
• Fill the first piece release.
• Respect and comply with work regulations and PPE as indicated.
• Work according to the standard operation sheet (SOP) for quality and quantity requirements.
• Fill the TPM checklist daily and notify the team leader if something is not within the standard.
• Keep area and machine clean and orderly; perform 5S when required.
• Keep materials identified within your operation or machine.
• Fill production report every hour with OK pieces, scrap, downtime, and causes of non‑compliance.

Responsibilities:

• The Operative Personnel will be responsible for the functions that are mentioned below according the process and position to wich they are assigned:
• General responsibilities (Cell one, two and three in the different processes
• Molding, Calibration, Assembly, Painting, Inspection or any other activity commissioned by your team leader or supervisor):
• Attend start-up meeting daily at the beginning of the shift.
• Fill the set up checklist at the beginning of the shift with special care in safety and quality matters.
• Filling the first piece realease.
• Respect and comply with the work regulations as well as carrying your E.P.P. indicated for each area.
• Work according to the standard operation sheet (SOP) complying with the requirements in quality and quantity issues.
• Fill the TPM checklist daily from your machine to work, and give immediate notice to your team leader or supervisor if something is out of the std.
• Keep your area or machine within the std of the area, ensuring order and cleanliness as well as perform the 5`s when required.
• Keep all your material identified within your operation or machine.
• Fill your production report every hour with the requested information such as the amount of pc OK, scrap, downtime, as well as the detail of the causes of non-compliance with the rate.
• Make good use of and use the tools or accessories as indicated in the work procedures.
• Respect the facilities and machinery as part of the work area.
• Provide support to the company when required, as extra time, rate recalculation, etc.

Qualifications:

Completed Primary, Secondary completed desirable or necessary to demonstrate competence in interview with HR or line manager.
