Atomic HR is seeking a Marketing Technologist in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. You’ll build and run a regulated DTC growth engine, directing Claude Code to automate workflows while collaborating with sales and partnerships on outbound campaigns.

You’ll own first‑party measurement, data pipelines, and creative production with AI tools, ensuring compliant, grounded growth in a constrained market.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing integrating tools and data.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list building, sequencing, deliverability.
• Comfort with data: CSV, SQL, joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; git usage.
• APIs: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm field and outbound teams with routing, one-pagers, and follow-up cadences.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals, and related tooling.
