Floowi Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and transform marketing messaging into structured, data-driven campaigns. You will develop outreach strategies, execute email and social media campaigns, and analyze performance to continually optimize efforts.

Work closely with leadership to organize priorities, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive initiatives from planning through execution. This is a proactive, hands-on role with remote-first flexibility and EST-aligned scheduling.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience developing outreach strategies from existing product, feature, or brand messaging.
• Proven experience managing both customer acquisition and client retention campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written English with the ability to work within established brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Ability to independently develop, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, including audience segmentation and reporting.
• Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Create and adapt marketing copy that aligns with the brand voice for prospective and existing customers.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization based on engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales and partnerships, including seasonal campaigns and regional opportunities.
• Report on key marketing metrics, including email performance, social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign impact.
