Job summary

TopFoxx is seeking a remote, full-time Project Manager who will own the cadence, data, and quality across the marketing team. You will drive Asana usage, set KPIs, and keep priorities aligned so that work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching teammates, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with paid media, email, affiliates, and content. A marketer’s eye for strategy and data helps steer strong outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or coordination.
• Strong data skills with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Excellent Asana and Google Sheets/Drive proficiency.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Own Asana: assign owners, due dates, status, and next steps.
• Set up and track KPIs weekly; report simply.
• Verify data and ensure deliverables are of high quality.
• Lead meetings, set agendas, capture notes, and assign action items.
• Onboard new hires and conduct regular 1:1s to unblock blockers.
• Coordinate with marketing channels and ensure campaign outputs meet quality standards.
